Demand
Product/Service Situation
The demand for food have become popular in the country due to such reasons that people nowadays love to serve food during special occasions like Christmas, birthdays, corporate events, parties and many more. This industry is strong in the Global City located in Taguig City because it is one of the business areas in the country. Global City in Taguig City is accessible for foreign and local people since it is near to other known cities.
Catering service became on e of the most demand services in the Philippines since people nowadays want their friends, and guest to taste different food. They also want to experience the ambience of eating on other countries. Instead of going to other countries or hiring international chef we are bringing them this kind of service close to them. This will be an advantage to them because they could choose their own style and food to serve. They will not have options on what to do because it is them that will be making the decisions.
The demand always depends on the seasonality, wants, and needs of the customers. Data of the Past Five Years Consumption
Competitors Capacity (No. of Customers per Year) Year 2006 2007 2008 2009 SMORGASBORD CATERING SERVICE Page 20 FnM Catering Royalty Catering Total per Year
Table # shows that the number of customers of our competitors from year 2006-2010 is increasing yearly. One of the reasons is due to the more options in the style of their service.
The above table shows that the numbers of local and foreign people are inconsistent is due to the high possibility of danger that goes around the country.
Page 21
Conclusion The demand for such business will surely grow on if the growth of the business industry in Global City continues. Not all the time we will have a high demand because it will also depend on such factors like the security of the place, and seasonality.

Market Description
Size and Composition Taguig is a city in Metro Manila in the Philippines. From a thriving fishing community along the shores of Laguna de Bay, it is now an important residential, commercial and industrial center. The recent construction of the Circumference 5 (C-5) highway and the acquisition of the Fort Bonifacio development area have paved the way for the cityhood of the municipality. Taguig City is politically subdivided into 28 barangays. In December 2008, ten new barangays were created in the city after a successful plebiscite by virtue of City Ordinance Nos. 24-27, 57-61, 67-69, and 78, Series of 2008.
HISTORY Bonifacio Global City, located in the progressive city of Taguig, is a project of Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation (FBDC), backed by a partnership of two of the country's most reputable names in real estate development. In April 2003, Ayala Land, Inc. and Evergreen Holdings Inc. of the Campos Group of Companies completed the acquisition of a controlling interest in FBDC. Together with the Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) as major partner in FBDC, they now shape the vision of this premier business district. Ayala Land provides its expertise in pioneering and sustaining successful business districts and large-scale integrated communities, starting with the Makati Central Business District. The Campos group lends it financial acumen and experience in real estate development. BCDA ensures total commitment to the land and guadianship of the property. We subdivided our business department into two sections: Management Department and Operations Department. Under Management Department are all office works and managerial processes of the business. On the other hand, on the Operations Department section, all operational activities from the operations in back of the house and in front of the house are included. Moreover, our business prefers an advance organization of our files and legal papers. We will be using computers for our file storage and horizontal racks and cabinets for all of our hard copies. We put our office outside of the operation area for an easy delivery of supplies. For this reason, a single trip of delivery is possible. For heavy materials like machineries and equipments, we put a storage room inside the operational area for an easy access of inspectors and for the comfort of our employees as well. We have also designed a proper storage and installation of our materials to conserve space for safety of our employees and guests we also designed signage to indicate danger and to prevent accidents. This proposal is better than any other alternatives because we really took time preparing this for a better handling of materials. Cost Incurred as a Result The prices of the materials on the table above are really the most efficient cost we had researched. These costs may change because we all know that prices in the market are really flexible. The price may go higher rather

Shown above (table 1.2) is the breakdown of the utilities for Year 1. Included are the possible fees for the installation of the particular facilities. (Installation fees are only paid in the first consumption.)
Shown above (table 1.3) are the estimated costs of the utilities for ten years. On the first year , installation fee is included upon payment thats why it is much higher than the other years. For the power/electricity supply, it was estimated as P360,000 annually, based on the collected data. For water supply, it would be around P410,000 a year. These payments would not be considered as stable for we have an unstable economy. These only serve as a guideline of the expenses of the utilities.
