PREFACE
As a necessary part of the curriculum of M.B.A, Students are required to undergo summer training in an organization. The student has the option of picking up a specialized project in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource.

It was a great honor and opportunity provided to me for being associated with for the project. As a part of the course of the project, I was required to learn the process and methods of recruitment as well as documentation which is required in the organization. An in depth analysis was done to compare and analyze the returns from each option. The motive of the entire training was to get the practical experience to implement the theoretical knowledge gained at the institution. I have tried to do project with my full interest, might, honesty, and sincerity. Any shortcomings in it is unintentional and due to my lack of experience.
