Generally the ratings are two types Quality Scale and Quantity Scale. Select Quality Scale & click on new entries and enter relevant data and save it as below.

Now select an entry and click on Proficiency Description and enter the despriction and save it as below

now come back 2)Edit Qualification Catalog Place the cursor on Catalog and click on create

Click on save and Enter. Now you can see the NTPL Qualification Catologue as below

Object QK Qualification Catalogue, Q Qualification. Now select the NTPC Qualificaiton Catalogue and click on Create.

Now select the Qualifcation Group and enter relevant data as below

Save it and press enter.

Now you can see the Sap HR Skills as below.

Select it and click on Create and select Qualification and enter relevant data, save it and press enter as below.

Now you can see the Payroll Skills as below.

Like tht create PA Skills, OM Skills and TM Skills as shown below

In this way we can create our desired skills Catalogue.

Now goto PA30 and create IT24

Now click on create tab in below and system popups the entries as below

Now select the qualifications under SAP HR Skills and and click on enter those are transferred to table as below.

Now select the desired Proficency created by us.

And save it.

Goto SAP easy acess HR PM PD Info Systems Reports - Search - PPPE_SEARCH_FOR_Q - For Qualifications

Now click on your desired skills on your left hand side they are transferred to table as below

Now click on ES and select the Prficiency required as below ES essential: - we mark it we make that qualification as essential if we donot mark it the qualification is optional.

Now execute use will find the employee for the given qualification and proficiency as below

In this way we can find the employee for our required position and now goto PPOM_OLD and assign this person for the POSITION we need. Profile Match Up: - this Concept is used to Compare the employee skills with the job requirements.. PPPM this T.code is used to maintain the skills sets for the Positions. Enter PPPM

Now click on desired Position

Now click on create tab at the bottom of the table and transfer the skills set in the table and select the proficiency levels and save it.

PEPM this T.code is used for profile match up Enter PEPM and select the Person and Position you need to compare in the tables as below.

Now click on execute you can find the difference as below.

In this way we can compare the Person skills with the Position requirements.

Appraisals [IT0025]: - This IT is used to maintain the Apparisal ratings. PATH IMG PM PD Appraisal Systems 1)Edit Form of Appraisal here copy any existing one and create your desired form of appraisal as below.

Now click on Possible Combinations

Here check the Possibility entries are there or not and save it. Here P Person, US User. now go back 2)Edit Scales and create desired Appraisal Scale as below.

Now select the entry and click on Characterstic Values and select Quantity Scale and enter relevant data as below.

Save it. Go back 3) Edit Appraisal Catalog

There is no edit mode. Now goto T77S0 and maintain HAP00 REPLA as blank to see the edit mode.

Now place the cursor on catalog and create the desired catalog as below.

Save it and press enter you can see the NTPL Appraisal Catalog in the tree as below.

Now select NTPL Appraisal catalog and click on create select and Criterion group as below

Now enter the relevant data save it and press enter. Now you can see the Performance Appraisal Increments in the NTPL Appraisal Catalog as below.

Now select your Per App. Increments and create criterions as below

Now select the Criterion Group and click on ENTRY on Menu Bar Sort & Weighting here you can see the weighting we have defined.

BS Appraisal Catalog BG Criterion Group BK - Criterion APPCREATE this T.code is used to create the Appraisal of an employee. After completion of employee go and see IT25 you can see the Appraisal tab.
