Preface
The purpose of this report is to explain the impact of cell phone in our life. Cell phone is the most interesting invention of modern science. Cell phones have become increasingly popular in recent years. While people of different ages find cell phones convenient and useful, younger generations tend to appreciate them more and be more dependent on them. This device not only made our life easy and comfortable but also made ourselves dependent on it. From communication to education, cultural to technological, on every sector, cell phone has established a different position for itself. But, at the same time this device also made adverse impact on our relationship and social values. Considering these scenario in our daily life, we have made emphasize on the positive and negative impact of cell phone in our life.

We hope you will find this report informative and useful, and will be concerned about the misuses of cell phone and health hazard associated with the use of cell phone. We welcome your comments and suggestions and also criticisms which makes our report more appropriate.

Abstract
Cell phone has changed our life in many ways. From the invention of wireless telephone in 1908 to the production of first commercial cell phone in 1983, this technology took so long to become popular. But in around 25 years it has become the most accepted and most used technology. Now a day, we cannot think of our life without cell phone. Around 7 billion cell phones are being used today and telecommunication sector is earning revenue of more than 2.7 trillion dollar. Even in Bangladesh 90 million subscribers using cell phone which is approximately 60 percent of total population. Cell phone not only made communication easier but also made our lives easier. Business, education, culture, communication, technology, impact of cell phone is everywhere.

But, even the greatest boon have some curses also. Cell phone is creating bad impact on the social values. Young generation is becoming addicted to cell phone which is leading to falsehood; unhealthy relationship etc. use of cell phone also facilitates crime sometime. Excessive use of cell phone is harmful for the human body and brain. Accident rate increases due to use of cell phone during driving. To avoid these mishaps, we have to use cell phone in a proper way, by maintaining rules and regulations.
