Please reserve 1 Pitch for Catering Unit at 40 tick here Due to the popularity of the event we are unable to supply tables so would ask that you bring your own table and chairs. Only one table of a length limited to 6 foot is allowed. If possible, in the spirit of the day, please come in your most colourful Christmas or flamboyant outfit.

BURNHAM CHRISTMAS FAYRE STALL TERMS & CONDITIONS Please read carefully and return signed and dated with your application form. 1. We will not reserve a stall until the stall rent has been paid and cleared into the account of Burn ham Events Committee. 2. Stalls will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and Burnham Events Committee has the sole discretion to accept or decline Stallholder Applications and their decision is final. 3.. Set up time is 12.30 pm. and take down time is 8.00pm. There is limited vehicular access until 1.30pm for stall holders, after which time vehicles must be removed to a car park. Vehicular access will be available at 8.00pm for packing up after the event. 4. Stall holders agree to trade for the whole event period, from 2.30pm until 7:30pm. 5. No stallholder can sublet their stall or part thereof to another vendor. 6. Individual stall holder displays are encouraged to reflect the high quality and artistic nature of the event. Exhibits must not obstruct or hide the exhibits of others. 7. Vendors must leave their stall and environs clean and tidy after the event. 8. The Stallholder will be liable for any damage to the allocated stall and canopy incurred during the event. 9. Any signage used by the Stallholder is their responsibility and must not interfere with other vendors and must not constitute a health and safety hazard to other vendors and the public. 10. Vendors must follow generally ethical business practices and behave with professionalism at all times. 11. Stalls are approximately 1.8 metres by 0.7 metres in size. Electricity is not available to vendors unless agreed with Committee. 12. Vendors are prohibited from selling any alcoholic beverages in accordance with UK legislation which prohibits the sale of alcoholic drinks by people without a license. 13. Traders who handle food must be qualified and have a food certificate 14. The event will take place rain or shine (except in extreme conditions). No refunds will be given to a vendor who decides not to trade due to inclement weather or any other cause. 15.Any complaints about process, logistics, organisation or any other matter may be directed to the Burnham Events Committee in writing and may not be anonymous. We will welcome constructive criticism and ideas to improve the event in the future. 16. Each vendor/stallholder is responsible for the provision of their own public liability insurance and for insuring the safety of their stalls and products. The insurance must cover you to sell goods to the public at our event. 17. If trader activities may result in fire, a certificated fire extinguisher & fire blanket should be held by a trader for emergency use. 18. Any outside stall must be weighted down in windy conditions. 19. Each vendor/stallholder participates in the Burnham Christmas Fayre entirely at their own risk in every respect and shall absolve Burnham Events Committee and the Burnham Tuwn Councilfrom responsibility for such risks including personal injury, loss or damage to property, theft of property, loss of profits, interruption of services, however this injury, loss or damage may be caused, whether by fire, theft, inclement weather, interruption of power, defect of equipment, building or failure of subcontractors or agents to perform and/or failure of press advertisement fully contracted to appear. 20. It is a condition of this booking that vendors absolve Burnham Events Committee and Burnham Town Council from any responsibility for refunding stall fees paid by them. Fees may be refunded as appropriate by Burnham Christmas Fayre Committee but only at their discretion and their decision is final.
