Autumn Leaves

I love this time of year. In fact I started listening to my Halloween playlist around September 20th! In this issue I'll share some of the music from my list. I hope these newsletters bring you joy, inspiration, laughter and information. As always feel free to email, text or give me a call with any questions, or plain old confusion with this newsletter or any other aspect of the studio! Enjoy!

where would it be: I would go to Paris, France so I can say I'm an American in Paris! Anyone catch my reference? Another favorite movie of mine.

Any other instruments you play/enjoy listening to : I played cello in junior high and high school. When I went to college music majors had to pick an ensemble, a musical group, but all the spots for pianists in chamber music were taken (I eventually joined my second year.) This led me to Collegium Musicum, a group that plays medieval, renaissance, and baroque music. My rst class I was thrown onto the harpsichord. The next year, I learned how to play viola da gamba. This instrument is similar to a cello but has the same amount of strings as a guitar. It is also held with your legs, and the bow is held underhand, the way a bassist would hold it. I would love to play these instruments again!

If you could go anywhere in the world on vacation,

Chocolate or fruit avored candy: Chocolate always comes rst for me! That is why I thought this would be a fun question. I always wonder who prefers one over the other. Share any other fact(s) about yourself: I love Disneyland a lot, cartoons, stickers, dancing and dogs!
