Managing ESRD patients on regular RRT - renal replacement therapy - (over 160 patients) through reviewing the patients on dialysis session aiming to deal with (or preferably preventing) complications of vascular access, anemia, renal osteodystrophy, hyperparathyroidism 2ry & 3ry, . . . etc. Scheming & F/U of the integrated health care plan for the ESRD patient (F/u Cardiological plan, diabetic control, ophthalmology plans, . . . etc.) Attending & managing all nephrological emergencies. E.g. hyperkalaemia, dyselectrolytaemia, acid-base imbalances, ARF . . etc. Follow up of hospitalized in patients in nephrology department; complicated ESRD patient, ARF, GN, TTP, HUS, nephrotic Syndrome, Nephritic Syndrome, follow up recent renal transplant patients & established renal transplant patients with complications as infections, CAN . . etc. Follow up Hospitalized inpatients under different departments & at critical area (ICU, CCU) with renal complications as ARF, Rhabdomyolysis, oliguria, anuria, deranged RFTs, electrolyte imbalance . . .etc. Inserting temporary vascular access catheters (Rt or Lt IJV & FVC catheters). Working now as a part of the Medical team of Al Khabura Extended Health Center Part of the teamwork of the extended health center which is the biggest health center in the district, with extensive lab capabilities & radiology department 24/7. F/U nephrological patients with special attention for diabetic nephropathy F/U. Attending daily General Practice clinic, diagnosing & managing out patients with special care for the endemic diseases of the gulf region including e.g: haematological diseases (sickle cell disease & complication, G6PD deficiency, etc) & sporadic diseases (swine flu), . . etc. Employee of the month after only 8 months of work (at health facility powered by more than 70 personnel) as a result of hard work, supreme teamwork manners, excellent patient management and flexibility in variable working hours & situations. Team leader in resuscitation situations, was the team leader of a (Documented) cardiac arrest case that needed 90 minutes of continuous resuscitation efforts which needed execution of multiple ACLS schemes and skills. The patient eventually came back to Normal activity, plus managing a lot of (documented) Anginal pain, coronary syndromes, pulmonary edemas and all kinds of cardiac and non cardiac emergencies (Road Traffic accidents, elevated blood pressure, elevated or decreased blood glucose levels reaching coma level, cerebral events,.) Working as a part of the Medical team of a Petroleum exploration (seismic field operation) crew. My duties included and not limited to taking care of 600-1000 labor in remote areas as following: Assess the operational area regarding the frequency and severity of any endemic or epidemic illness. To Create a Vaccination Programs suitable for each group of workers. Pre-employment medical check, highlight their fitness or deficiencies. To prepare a list of all equipment and medicines required on the base camp clinic, first aid kits and establishes a controlled supply system of items to the base camp clinic & managing pharmaceutical inventory on daily & Monthly basis. To ensure the crew emergency response is in accordance with industrial standards. First Aid Kits formation and scheduled monitoring and refill. Performed basic 1st aid training & refreshing courses for all Junior staff in Arabic. And all Senior staff in English. Started a program for training Advanced First Aiders for some of the crew members. To develop and establish Medivac plan (emergency evacuation in case of accidents) & and establish a clear channel of incident reporting from the line and field camps to base camp in order to facilitate medical treatment or evacuation of injured or ill employee. To assess medical services (Hospitals & Laboratories) available in nearby towns and establish a list of services to be used in referral and emergencies.
