Republicans Selling Out The Forgotten Taxpayer.Again RACP Capital Budget Adds $2.

3 Billion Dollar More Debt (Deferred Taxation) Onto Backs of The Forgotten Taxpayer.

3 October 2012 Meanwhile, as Republicans focused on first presidential debate, State House Republicans and State Senate Republicans, once again, sold out The Forgotten Taxpayer again with another $2.3 billion in debt, deferred taxation. Sorry, Team Republican is selling you out and is not The Forgotten Taxpayer's best friend forever. "Personnel is Policy" and supporting Republicans and asking others to support Team Republican is counterproductive course of action. We know that Democrats can't be trusted with money but they are upfront about it. Team Republican is not; starting with Chester Republican Committee and BucksCo which endorses and support these people, the personnel who are taking your money. Does it matter if the person taking your money is a Republican or a Democrat?

The Republican Senate and the Republican House and soon he Republican Governor have burdened us with another $2.3 billion debt, which is deferred taxation, and the actual projects financed were not only not are not itemized but were entered into by the Executive without prior authorization of General Assembly.

The Executive Cant, Constitutionally and legally, spend money without General Assemblys authorization YET The governor has and, post facto, the General Assembly uses this as an explanation for their personal dereliction of Constitutional responsibilityThe Republicans say these contracts have been entered into and we have to pay our debts. It would seem these contracts were entered into even though the executive did not have the money which seems to be unlawful OR if they were, what do we need the General Assembly to rubber stamp what the executive has done (even though no one seems to know what the project contracts are). Doesn't the Constitution of Pennsylvania require the General Assembly to authorize taxation? In this case the cart followed the horse: the executive spent for whatever he wanted and the General Assembly followed along like the executives pussy cats. In the Senate only Republican Fiscal Common Sense conservatives John Eichelberger and Mike Folmer voted NAY. In the House, quite a few Democrats voted NAY, probably to be oppositional because Democrats cant be trusted with money as everyone knows, however, it was the Republicans who

sold us out, including, every BucksCo Republican, House and Senate, thanks to Pat Poprik and Rep. Gene DiGirolamo, a Union Organizers BFF.
