he owner choose partnership because her relation with her partner are her husband. It easily works together. If she runs the business with their own, she can get enough capital. Moreover, now someone that want start the business

must have big capital to support their business. The owner use the factors of production and the sources of acquiring that are : LABOUR The owner has only 3 permanent workers. There are from her sibling, friends and her same village. CAPITAL The owner start up the business with RM 15,000. All her capital is from her and her partner savings. ENTREPRENEURS The owner get the certain skills and competencies like technical skills, conceptual skills, humans relation skills, decision making skills and also time management skills from her experience. Before her start up the business, her work with friends at restaurant, canteen, night market. This is how her get their experience and skills. PHYSICAL RESOURCES The owner get the physical resources by used her capital to buy the equipment that are used to run the business. INFORMATION RESOURCES The owner get the information about recipe is at website, her friends, heritage recipe.

E.g.- Owner of Izan Mega always bought their ingredient for making dishes at the same suppliers and that supplier always give discount if its purchase that ingredient.

-Distinguish themselves from their competitors.

E.g. - Izan Mega always compare their price with another next door competitor, to get affordable price for their customer.

ECONOMIC ENVIROMENT -Refer to relevant conditions that exist in the economic system in which a company operates. E.g. Izan Mega given their workers wages basic salary for 1 week only 80.00 and only 1 day Off.

rom this assignment what we can conclude is not ease to start a business. We must have enough capital to run business and have a skill how to conduct a business. We can get capital from our saving money or

borrow loan from any bank who offer loan to start and open business. Business also conclude 5 Factor of Production that must focus on it because it important to start the business. The factors of production are labour, capital, entrepreneurs, physical resources and information resources. Example business that make ease profit is open cafeteria, from our interview the owner can make and get net profit about RM 2,000.That is large amount of money in a small business. Lastly, business is best to joint and if we enough knowledge and skill we can stay long in a cycle of business. Quality of product it we sale or introduce to consumer make many customer to bought and they also can to be our permanent consumer. So dont be afraid to open business because business is fun and fully with benefit.
