Here Ye!, Here Ye!

The Citizens Defense Force Act of 2012

On this day it is hereby requested and submitted as a requirement in full. A
Constitutional Amendment and Resolution to create a Citizens Defense
Force, to establish and require that all Citizens of the States, Provinces and
Territories must enlist the mandatory training in [Non-Federally controlled
or instituted] Citizens Defense Training, Awareness and Preparedness
Force against known or unknown and seen or unseen Dangers and Tyranny.
This Citizens Defense Force will be organized to protect the States,
Territories, Provinces and Nation from internal and external forces, both
foreign and domestic that may or may not be operating against the National
and Constitutional interests of the people. This Citizens Defense Force will be
Trained fully in the use of Arms, Tactics and Strategy.
This force will not be subject to federal control, influence or operation. This force
will not be a militia. This force will be a Individual Citizen's Duty as
obligation to their fellow Citizens and Peoples, State, Province or Territory.
This force will be Hierarchical. There will be a required Command Structure
with rules and regulation not subject to federal control, influence or operation.
Compliance, Joint and/or Assisting Federal actions will be allowed as
required and needed when it does not conflict with interests, rights and freedoms of
the Citizens or Peoples or detrimental to the State, Province or Territory
respectfully.

All households will be required to own and obtain no less than one firearm per
two individuals in that household. Businesses will be required to allow all
employees whom chose to carry a legal concealed firearm. Offices and
Businesses [federal in-state, state, private or public] will be required to allow all
citizens whom chose to carry a legal concealed firearm access in or around those
premises.
This right will not be hindered, impeded or prevented ever without previously
defined due prejudice, process and/or concern.
We the people and citizens will not be subjugated, denied, detained, enslaved,
coerced or forced from the right to freedom and liberty in the pursuit of safety,
justice and happiness.
When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to
dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume
among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of
Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of
mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the
separation.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they
are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are
Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving
their just powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of
Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter
or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such
principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely
to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that
Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes;
and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to
suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to
which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations,
pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute
Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to
