citizen. We will develope a web-based system (e-commerce) that allow customer to register and reserve car online and to ease customers or clients task whenever they need to rent a car. The website will provide a one-stop online car renting (reservation) services. The targeted group of this website will be those business people, home-user, student and public citizen. Targeted System users Car rental (online) E-commerce providing a vehicle that can be used temporarily for a fee during a specified period. Getting a rental car helps people (individual, student, public citizen) get around despite the fact they do not have access to their own personal vehicle or don't own a vehicle at all. Navigation system will be of highly sophisticated and achieved by the use of page-selecting pull down menus, well constructed local navigation, search box, and other effective features. The images used in the navigation sections will be as simple as possible. In fact with the skillful intergration of the style sheet, the design will allow optimal download speeds.
