Keep records on individual children including daily observations, intake and output balance or not, medications administered ,measured weight daily and if fluctuations weight proper medicine management and if necessary inform to seniors or to restrict fluid not to give overload for heart for child patient and other information about sleeping pattern at night -Instruct family or children in health and personal habits in eating, resting, toileting (personal hygiene),minimum diet for child according to their development

Organize and participate children in recreational activities for getting us opportunity to be familiar with them to deal effectively when working such as giving medicines and for making homely environment in hospital for children in their playing room. Knowledge in providing counseling or therapy to mentally disturbed, delinquent, handicapped children.
