Dear Custodian of Records: Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, NMSA 1978 Article 14, Chapter 2, I hereby request to inspect/copy (copies can also be provided by the agency electronically to corwinri@mac.com) the following records: 1) Any and all complaints, requests for investigation, advisory opinions, requests for advisory opinions, and referrals to other agencies or from other agencies, regarding issues of coordination between Super PAC Reform New Mexico Now, Susana PAC, Susana Martinez for Governor, and any general election candidate. Please include any and all documentation that relates to but is not limited to the following: -In-kind or cash contributions pertaining to services provided by Jay McCleskey, McCleskey Media from Susana PAC to Republican general election candidates including but not limited to David Chavez, John Ryan, Nate Gentry, Cliff Pirtle, Mark Moores, Paul Pacheco, David Doyle, Conrad James where Reform New Mexico Now also provided independent expenditures within the same races. -Campaign literature from Reform New Mexico Now, Susana PAC, Susana Martinez for Governor or any 2012 Republican general election candidate that included the same mailing addresses, printing companies or content on the mailers. -Letter from Susana Martinez (who is currently raising funds for governor) on behalf of Reform New Mexico Now in any race in which Susana PAC or Susana Martinez for Governor also provided either contributions (including in-kind) or expenditures on behalf of a Republican general election candidate. 2) Any and all correspondence or communications including written, electronic or telephonic between any member of the NM Secretary of States office, Reform New Mexico Now, Susana PAC, Jay McCleskey, McCleskey Media Strategies, Nicole McCleskey, the New Mexico Republican Party, the New Mexico Democratic Party, the New Mexico Attorney Generals office, or any general election candidate or candidate committee for any item identified in request #1. 3) Any and all correspondence or communications, complaints, requests for advisory opinion as to conflict of interest, requests for outside agency assistance relating to any requests for action by the SOS including investigations against Jay McCleskey, McCleskey Media, Reform New Mexico Now, Susana PAC, Susana Martinez for Governor and monies paid by Dianna Duran or her campaign committee to Lincoln Strategies including services provided by Jay McCleskey to her campaign during the 2010 campaign cycle.
