Parenting Week is approaching soon- keep an eye out for fun events and activities for you and your child!!!

Every year, Parents Week hails the amazing contribution parents make to their childrens lives. The theme of Parents Week 2012, taking place from 22 28 October, is Make A Moment. Well be celebrating those moments that make being a child and being a parent so special. With all the extra pressures modern parents face, it can be difficult to find the time that children really need. Please send us in a photo to share in our assembly and our entrance. Electronic would be great but print will do. Being there for children isnt about paying for expensive toys or day trips. Its about the time and attention you give. Whether you have five minutes, half an hour, or longer, sharing a moment is what its all about letting your child know that you love them and taking a moment to give them your full attention, whatever youre up to at the time. So join us for Parents Week 2012 and help us to... - Celebrate the hard work parents do - Raise awareness of the importance of spending quality one-to-one time with a child We all know what a hard job it is to raise children and we all want to do the best we possibly can, lets work together to see provide the best opportunities and experiences for our children. Thank you Miss Tulloch

School Times Just a reminder regarding school times. The children can come in to school from 8.45am. The gates will be closed at 8.55am if children arrive after this time they will have to come to the front entrance so they can be registered appropriately. If your child arrives after 8.55am they will be marked late and persistent lateness can lead to involvement of the education welfare services. IF THE BACK GATES ARE CLOSED PLEASE DO NOT OPEN THEM School finishes at 3.20pm. If you are delayed for any reason at the end of school and you know you will be late please let school know. This can save a lot of distress for your child. Let Gods love shine in our lives as we care and share and learn together

Can parents please remember they are responsible for their children before school starts and after it has finished. Please do not let your children climb on or over the school gates or wall as the children know that this is NOT acceptable behaviour and a health and safety risk
