Attendance for last week was 129. Offering for last week was $2,860. Oct. 17, Wed.-Sewing Circle at Bowmansville Mennonite. Bring a covered dish to share for lunch. We'd love for you to join us! The projects for MCC are Hygiene Kits and Christmas Bundles. A list of the contents for both bundles, will be found on the bulletin board in the narthex.

Oct. 19, 20, & 21, Fri. & Sat. 7 p.m., Sun. 10 a.m.-We invite your prayers and participation in our church's annual Spiritual Renewal Services. This year our resource person is Josef Berthold, who serves as pastor at West End Mennonite Fellowship in Lancaster, and is also involved in various church plants. A snack will follow the Fri. & Sat. evening services. Sun., Oct 21, the youth group will provide a lunch as a fund raiser. Oct. 23, Tues.-Keith Graber Miller presents Transformations in 20th-Century Mennonite Peacemaking, a talk about J.R. Burkholders influence as an ethicist, church leader, and social change agent, at 7:30 p.m., at Elizabethtown Colleges Young Center for Anabaptist and Pietist Studies. Burkholder will attend and offer comments after the lecture. Copies of Prophetic Peacemaking: Selected Writings of J. R. Burkholder, the 2012 Brown Book Award winner edited by Graber Miller, will be available for sale and signing following the program. Elizabeth Soto Albrecht and her daughter Yentli will share about keeping the faith and mother- daughter relationships. More info to follow. -There is interest in a new members/baptism class in the near future. Contact Pastor Phil if you would like to participate in this bi-weekly class or have interest in baptism and/or becoming a member of our church or have questions about this. -If you would like to be added or deleted from the current greeter schedule please talk to Dorothy. -The Missionary Messenger is a monthly magazine published by EMM for the purpose of inspiring readers with stories of God at work through EMM. Our church pays the subscription cost for those interested in receiving this publication and our group renewal date is approaching. Please inform Darlene McCosby by October 14th if you wish to have your name added or deleted from the subscription list. -No Youth Bible Study on Oct. 17th. But Thur.
