QUICK CHICKEN CURRY Ingredients 750g deboned chicken thighs 3 tablespoon s ghee or oil 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced 1 teaspoon mashed garlic 1 teaspoons grated ginger 1 cinnamon stick 2 bay leaves 2 cloves 2 dried chillies 1 tablespoon ground coriander 2 teaspoons garam masala teaspoon turmeric powder Pepper Lemon juice (to taste) Method 1. Brown the chicken pieces in ghee or oil, remove and set aside. 2. Fry the onions until golden brown, and garlic, ginger, cinnamon and chillies and fry for two minutes. 3.
