Nogales Street (LA Subdivision) Grade Separation in the City of Industry

Bid Date: November 14, 2012 Owner: ACE Eng. Est.: $ 46.5 to 51.1 million Contract No. 12-05

Project Description: The Nogales Street Grade Separation Project is located in the City of Industry and unincorporated area of Los Angeles County. This project eliminates the existing at-grade crossing at this location and includes new construction of a roadway underpass. Construction includes, but is not limited to, railroad bridges, retaining walls, depressed roadway, utility relocations and roadway bridges. DBE Goal 11%

100% Payment & Performance Bonds from a surety acceptable to Brutoco may be required. Brutoco to reimburse sub for bond costs not to exceed 2% of subcontract. Brutoco intends to conduct itself in good faith with DBE/OBE firms for participation on the project.
