including resolutions 242 (1967), 338 (1973), 1397 (2002), 1515 (2003) and 1850 (2008), Noting also that lasting peace can only be based on an enduring commitment to mutual recognition, freedom from violence, incitement, and terror, and the two-State solution, building upon previous agreements and obligations, Expressinggrave concern at the escalation of violence and the deterioration of the situation, in particular the resulting heavy civilian casualties since the refusal to extend the period of calm; and emphasizing that the Palestinian and Israeli civilian populations must be protected, Affirming the border that has been established by UN Resolution 242 (1967) between Israel and Palestine, Recalling all its previous resolutions on Lebanon, in particular resolutions 425 (1978) and 426 (1978) of 19 March 1978, resolution 520 (1982) of 17 September 1982, and resolution 1553 (2004) of 29 July 2004 as well as the statements of its President on the situation in Lebanon, in particular the statement of 18 June 2000 (S/PRST/2000/21), Reiterating its strong support for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and political independence of Lebanon within its internationally recognized borders, Gravely concerned at the continued presence of armed militias in Lebanon, which prevent the Lebanese Government from exercising its full sovereignty over all Lebanese territory, 1. Reaffirmsthe ceasefire agreement between Israel and Palestine to prevent further conflict; 2. Calls for the recognition of Palestinian statehood by member countries in the return of guaranteed disarmed Palestine; 3. Confirms the benefits of statehood that will be given to Palestine, including but not limited to: 1. Economic and social prosperity resulted by inter-state trading and investment, 2. International law recognition in times of state aggression; 3. UN membership

4. Recommends a creation of security pact by Arab League to protect Palestinian sovereignty that trigger invasion; 5. Further recommends negotiation that will moderated by UN between Israel and Palestine specifically toward borders that has not been established in East Jerusalem; 6. Calls for the continued funds for humanitarian aid in Palestine from the international community, including but not limited to: 1. National governments, 2. Private donors, and 3. International bodies; 7. Confirms the presence of UN peacekeeping forces in Palestinian borders, particularly those in East Jerusalem, for indefinite period of time; 8. Affirms travel freedom consensus between Israel and Palestine to have trip for both countries in case of religion practices in Jerusalem, Bethlehem and[ for water resources necessity. 9. Calls for the pull out of Israel troops in the southern region in Lebanon, such as Shebaa Farms, Ghajar Village, and KhafarShuba Hills; 10.Calls for the continued aid to Lebanon from the international community, particularly G-20 countries, that will be used for: 1. Investment in economy and infrastructure 2. Creation of sustainable healthcare of Lebanon people, and 3. Strengthendemocratic governance and civil society; 11. Endorses the creation of body to maintain international aid that will be given to Lebanon that has function, including but not limited to: 1. Review the usage of aid that has been given by International community; 2. Publish an annual reports to the General Assembly on the usage of the aid, and 3. Advise the Lebanon government on budget spending of the aid; 12. Confirms the presence of United Nations Interim Forces in Lebanon (UNIFIL) to preserve peace between Israel and Lebanon.
