Job Description:

Job Specifications: Minimum 5 years experience in hotel management. Minimum five years experience working a property with at least 100 guest rooms and exceeds a 4 Star rating.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Ability to read and understand documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write technical manuals, reports and correspondence. Ability to calculate figures and amounts, read financial statistics and analyse market. Ability to deal with problems. Ability to read, write, and speak English and Chinese. Fair ability to converse in Japanese and Korean fluently. Have excellent leadership skills A positive, guest-pleasing attitude. Must be detail -oriented and deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold an immaculate property.

Job Description:

Ensure the progress of a practical and achievable strategic business plan that characterizes operational targets and profitable purposes. Synchronize capital improvement projects to maintain/upgrade quality standards and property figure, and to protect property from neglect, damage or deterioration. Conduct customary staff and employee meetings. Establish and oversee preservation of Human Resources effort. Direct, manage, train and guide sales, catering and profit management staff. Actively contribute in sales presentations, property visits and customer meetings. Lead, through subordinate staff, the effectual management of the functional areas to maximize financial performance while maintaining high standards and maximizing levels of guests pleasure. Direct the maximization of room profits by anticipating market shifts, development and monitoring of yearly business and marketing strategies, and participating in local/regional marketing efforts. Gauge the efficiency of broad-based marketing plans and use management efforts to maximize the number of market segments needed and to expand the sources of profits.

Job Specifications:

Bachelors degree would be favoured. 5 years of successful duration in hotel management/supervision. Previous GM experience. Extended stay hotel background. Sales experience required. Outstanding communication skills written and verbal and computer literate. Proficiency with basic computer (PC) and office technology. Practical leadership style. Must be entrepreneurial and a hard worker that thrives on achieving brilliant results. Must be independent in thinking. Have excellent leadership skills.
