REEMPLOYMENT INFOro!J11..9.lJ (continued): Plans are developing at Fort Worth Training Command Headquarters for the employment of a flewex-WASP personnel as "Aircraft AccirlentAnalysts". The Air Safety Unit of the Air Inspection Section is now screening applicants for such positions, which carry the grades of CAF-5 Trainee, or CAF-7 Journeyman. Duties of such an employee would be to act as an Administrative Assistant to the Officer in charge o technical review and analyses of aircraft accidents and reported violations of flying regulations. Qualifications which will be given emphasis in the selection of personnpl vall be: educational background, a knowledge of engineering based on flying experience in a variety of military aircraft, and administrative and clerical experience. Those interested should write, stating qualifications to the Commanding General, Headquarters Army Air Forces Training Command, Fort Worth 2, Texas. Attention: Civilian ~ersonnel Section. ' .TEST PILOTS: WASPs stationed at Lockbourne P~B, Columbus, Ohio, investigated the possibilities of testing planes for Boeing Airc~aft and found that'all of their Test Pilots are required to have A.B. degrees in Engineering, as well as qualifications as four-engine pilots. RECCMMENDATION: Headquarters, Army Air Forces, has expressed a desire th~t qualiried WASPs be given consideration for any available Civilian~ clerical, professional, or technical Ground Positions in the AAF.
