Security Agreement , dated June 30, 1998, between Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and NationsBank (now Bank of America), filed with the US Patent and Trademark Office. NationsBank has the security interest in all right, title, and interest in MERS assets (the collateral). They also agree to not grant any third-party liens which would impede NationsBank security in the collateral.
This is in return for NationsBank extending a line of credit to MERS.
