Academy of Henry County Schools are NOT failing because of a lack of good teachers or a lack of good parents or a lack of money, or a lack of a good curriculum... Schools are failing because they bow to Federal and State pressures to get more money but to get the money they MUST do as they are told by the State and Federal Boards of Education. There is no escape from this other than simply telling the Feds we will not take their 7% because they want 100% control.

Benghazi Targets Painted, Air Support Overhead Obama Calls Off Strike
In piecing together the details of the Benghazi attack up the U.S. consulate, it is becoming clear that there were U.S. Special Operations forces on the ground, at least two drones overhead and lasers being used to paint at least one target.

ACCORDING TO THE STATEMENTS FROM FOX NEWS:

The security officer had a laser on the target that was firing and repeatedly requested back-up support from a Specter gunship
A former Delta operator over at BlackFive writes: Having spent a good bit of time nursing a GLD (ground Laser Designator) in several garden spots around the world, something from the report jumped out at me.

One of the former SEALs was actively painting the target. That means that Specter WAS ON STATION! Probably an AC130U. A ground laser designator is not a briefing pointer laser. You do not paint a target until the weapons system/designator is synched; which means that the AC130 was on station. Only two places could have called off the attack at that point; the WH situation command (based on POTUS direction) or AFRICOM commander based on information directly from the target area. If the AC130 never left Sigonella (as Penetta says) that means that the Predator that was filming the whole thing was armed. If that SEAL was actively painting a target; something was on station to engage! And the decision to stand down goes directly to POTUS!
There is also the issue of the former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods and a small team that ignored orders to stand down after they requested permission to go and help.

Former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods was part of a small team who was at the CIA annex about a mile from the U.S. consulate where Ambassador Chris Stevens and his team came under attack. When he and others heard the shots fired, they informed their higher-ups at the annex to tell them what they were hearing and requested permission to go to the consulate and help out. They were told to stand down, according to sources familiar with the exchange. Soon after, they

were again told to stand down. Woods and at least two others ignored those orders and made their way to the consulate which at that point was on fire. Shots were exchanged. The rescue team from the CIA annex evacuated those who remained at the consulate and Sean Smith, who had been killed in the initial attack. They could not find the ambassador and returned to the CIA annex at about midnight.
Even more disturbing is what BlackFive writes, This is bigger than Watergate! The worst has to be the team on the ground knowing that the President just left you to die.

WHY OBAMA LIED AND COVERED-UP BENGHAZI DEATHS

Covert operations require cover stories. We get it. THE CIA WAS WORKING TO RECOVER WEAPONS THAT WENT TO FACTIONS WHO WANTED TO TOPPLE Gadhafi, BUT WHEN THE GOAL WAS ACHIEVED, THE ALLIANCE WAS OVER BECAUSE THEY WERE CAUSING THE NEW GOVERNMENT HEART BURN. LIBYA HAS ALWAYS BEEN VIEWED AS THE BEST HOPE FOR A WESTERN STYLE DEMOCRACY EVEN IF ITS MADE UP OF SOMEWHAT MORE CONSERVATIVE MUSLIMS. THE MILITIA NETWORK IS AN ISSUE. THE MILITANTS WERE PART OF A FACTION WHO FELT DOUBLE-CROSSED. THE EMBASSY ATTACK WAS RETALIATION. THE ATTACKERS WERE NO LONGER THE FAVORED ONES. The why behind the lie is that we shared American weapons with bad guys, the weapons are being run through Libya, and then we killed their leader with a drone strike using intel we gathered while engaged in one-night-stand-esque relationships. The embassy attack exposed a CIA op that was trying to undo this problem. Had Woods not evacuated the 6-7 folks from the consulate to the annex, the second wave attack wouldn't have followed at the CIA annex and the cover story [spontaneous riots over a YouTube video] could have worked. Obama administration has been arming jihadists like Abdelhakim Belhadj, leader of the al Qaeda franchise known as the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group. Once Moammar Gadhafi was overthrown, Stevens was appointed ambassador to the new Libya run by Mr. Belhadj and his friends. Not surprisingly, one of the most important priorities for someone in that position would be to try to find and secure the immense amount of armaments that had been cached by the dictator around the country and systematically looted during and after the revolution. One of the places in Libya most awash with such weapons in the most dangerous of hands is Benghazi. Stevens was there for another priority mission: sending arms recovered from the former regimes stocks to the opposition in Syria. As in Libya, the insurgents are known to include al Qaeda and other Shariahsupremacist groups, including none other than Abdelhakim Belhadj. President Obama has been engaged in gun-walking on a massive scale. Public Charter Schools BEST REASON TO VOTE YES Charter School Amendment
Judge Wendy Shoob rejected attorney Glenn Delks argument that information about the amendment amounted to advocacy and thus an unlawful use of tax funds. Speaking for Gwinnett Schools, attorney Victoria Sweeney said, There is no evidence they participated in an extensive campaign against the amendment." She believes they [school boards] have a responsibility to speak out on matters of public importance. We see it time and again where school boards actively support SPLOST taxes, and now opposition to a ballot question. Both are illegal. Both use our tax dollars to fight against us!

Defiance in Defense of Failure

Atlanta attorney Glenn Delk said school districts violated the law by posting what he describes as antiamendment material on their websites. The Democratic Party of Georgia countered with a request that Olens give an opinion on whether Gov. Nathan Deal violated state law by promoting the amendment on his official website.

Attorney General Sam Olens sent a letter to state School Superintendent John Barge, in which Olens ordered all local school boards to shut down any opposition to the proposed state constitutional amendment on charter schools that involves official time or taxpayer funds. Olens ruling applies to school boards that endorse the measure as well. But by and large, local boards of education, particularly in rural Georgia, have been firmly against the November ballot measure. Many have passed resolutions condemning it. Georgia Schools Superintendent John Barge he will not seek to punish local school districts accused of using public resources to oppose the charter schools constitutional amendment. Great advice from Speaker Pro Tem Jan Jones and State Rep. Alisha Morgan Thomas: "Weve tried the one size fits all approach to education for decades, and weve had too many students fall through the cracks. Lets increase the educational options for parents, students and teachers by voting Yes for public charters on Nov. 6." There is no reason Georgia citizens should tolerate defiance by the state superintendent or local boards of education. Georgias public schools fail to produce results. Why must we reward a flawed system? 2008-2009 four-year public high school graduation rate: 67.8 % 2009 Percentage of students at or above proficient in 4th grade reading: 29% Percentage of students at or above proficient in 8th grade math: 27%

There is no reason Georgians should accept the status quo in public education. The entire bureaucracy has proven their fight is about money, not educational standards.

The Citizen asked Brian Strickland for his position on Georgia Charter Schools, Amendment 1 (2012).
Brians response is Since this is on the ballot with me, I have not taken an official stance on the issue. I am telling people, however, that after doing my research that I plan to vote for it. As a Legislator, I will work hard to create more options for parents and, in turn, more competition for our current model because I believe that challenging the status quo will improve education for all our of students in the long run.

Why does the left attract more young people?

Because people start out liberal and grow up to be conservative...and because Hollywood and academia are leftist propaganda mills. One must think past all that bombardment to become a conservative...the kind of feat usually reserved for people who've had to grow up, have a job, think about someone other than themselves and take care of a family (or lost a job to tax hikes, over-regulation, labor union abuses, etc.).
