Terms and Conditions of Participation Prize Each of the 3 winners receives 1 Business Class ticket for a flight with

Austrian Airlines (to New York, Bangkok or Tokyo). The selection and allocation of destinations will follow in the middle of November. The dates of departure are as it follows - (changes reserved): New York on 4th December Tokyo on 7 th February Bangkok on 6th February The prize includes one overnight stay in a 4-star hotel. The stay can also be extended at the expense of the winner, but the return flight must be coordinated with Austrian Airlines. All tickets are redeemed depending on availability. Any costs incurred as a result of the prize are borne by winners themselves. Winners Entry for the competition can take place until 11.00 p.m. CET in the period from 22nd October to 4th November 2012. The 3 winners will be determined by Austrian Airlines from the 10 applicants with the most votes. Notification of winners Winners are notified by e-mail by 5th November 2012. The participants declare that they consent to this form of notification and publication. Participants are responsible for the data quoted (e-mail address, first name and family name, address) being correct. If the e-mail address is not valid, then the claim to the prize is forfeited and another winner will be determined. In the event of their winning, participants explicitly declare that they consent to the unlimited publication of their name and profile photo online and in all transmissions (e.g. press transmissions) made in connection with the competition. The winners agree that they will report on their travel experience travelling in Austrian Business Class in the redblog the Austrian Airlines blog and to being featured on Facebook and Twitter. Austrian Airlines therefore invites the winners to the Austrian Airlines Head Office in Vienna for a Get Together before the flight. The exact date will be released after the winners have agreed to take part. If the winner does not respond to the prize notification by 12.00 CET on 8th November 2012, then the claim to the prize is forfeited and another winner will be determined. The winner of the top prize will be announced by 12th November 2012. Preconditions for Participation Natural persons aged 18 years and older who upload a photo in the competition application on the Austrian Airlines Facebook Page and answer the applicationquestion correctly in the period from 22nd October to 4th November 2012 (11.00 p.m. CET) are entitled to participate. The participant consents to the electronic capture and processing of his or her data, and the data are allowed to be used for the marketing purposes of Austrian Airlines. There is no recourse to legal action. Cash redemptions are not possible.

Austrian Airlines reserves the right to exclude from the competition participants who do not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Participation and to delete their contributions. Participation is exclusively online via the Win with Austrian application on the facebook.com platform. Only persons whose Facebook profile complies with the Facebook Terms and Conditions of Use https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms (particularly Point 4) are permitted to take part in the competition. Every user can take part in the competition more than once. All participants declare that they consent to their data (Facebook ID, name, e-mail address, profile photo) being drawn in a lottery and used for marketing purposes. This declaration of consent is revocable by e-mail at any time (online@austrian.com). Questions regarding this competition are to be sent directly Austrian Airlines on its Facebook page. Employees of Austrian Airlines AG are excluded from participating in the competition. Austrian Airlines reserves the right to cancel or conclude the competition at any time without advance notice and without giving reasons. There is no recourse to legal action. Austrian law applies. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash. For organisational reasons, no written correspondence whatsoever can be entered into regarding this competition. Uploading Photos By uploading photos, participants are granting Austrian Airlines non-exclusive permission to use those photos, unlimited in time, subject matter and place, particularly the duplication, distribution, processing, publication, transmission, presentation and provision to the public in all media currently known or created in the future. Austrian Airlines is also entitled to grant this use to third parties. The granting of rights takes place without charge. By uploading, participants are confirming that they are the owners of all rights to the photos and that their publication does not violate the rights of any third parties. Should the photos violate the rights of third parties, the participants are obligated to indemnify and hold harmless Austrian Airlines. Austrian Airlines reserves the right, in the event that it becomes aware of relevant information, to immediately remove the content or block access to it. Austrian Airlines also reserves the right to immediately exclude participants from the competition who violate these rules of the game without giving further reasons. It is not permitted to upload images with advertising, pornographic, racist or other illegal content. Images that contravene the brand values of Austrian Airlines shall also be taken out of the competition.
