Executive summary Corporate social responsibility is the important part of the society because in this increasing industrial age it is necessary to improve the standards of the society and to the employees of the corporate industries. This is kind of a self regulation corporate form to integrate in to the business model. It ensures the ethical, legal and international norms as per the active compliance and business monitoring. Corporate social responsibility ensures the internal and external activities as based on the standards and policies. Internally it takes care of the ethical issues, legal, economic and charitable responsibilities but externally it takes care of the human rights, labour, environment and anti corruptions responsibilities.

Introduction Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has no commonly accepted definition, but generally refers to the mode of operation of the project to achieve or exceed the standards of ethics, law and public demand for commercial activities.

How do organizations achieve CSR? Internal Organisation should establish a clear process to ensure that social issues and social forces at the highest level to be fully explored and incorporated into the company's strategic planning. From the company's overall development strategy, corporate social responsibility throughout the company's overall business activities

Organisational responsibility to employees Organisation should set up particular agencies responsible for the implementation of social responsibility, and set the appropriate indicators of social responsibility assessment.

Following regulation Organisations should set anmodel in the law-abiding, obey with all laws and regulations, including environmental protection law, consumer rights law and labour protection law.

Ethical responsibility The ethical responsibility of social expectations on enterprises, and it should strive to make the community not to be subjected to its own operational activities, the negative impact of products and services.

Charitable responsibility

Corporate charity responsibility, at this stage is an important task of building a harmonious society to dynamically develop social activities, education, health care, social security and other activities directly related to people's most direct benefit, but also directly determines the social stability or not.. External UN Global Compact United Nations Global Compact requires companies to comply with in their own range of influence ,support and implement a set of ten basic principles of human rights, labor standards and environmental.

Successful in CSR CSR help to protect environment. The CSR can help to protect resources and environment to achieves sustainable development.

Reduce energy consumption Saving resources Reduce production costs so it will be more competitive in prices

Organisation could also gain reputations via public welfare undertaking and building environment protection for communication in order to purify the environment, protect community and citizens.

CSR helps ease the gap between rich and poor and the elimination of the social unrest of the hidden dangers.

The large and medium-sized enterprises can focus on the advantages of capital, management strengths and advantages in human resources development to develop resources in poverty areas, therefore organisations can expand their production line and access will reach a new growth points, as well as lack of findings and help local poverties.

Conclusion The term Corporate Social Responsibility refers to the big organizations rules and theories to make change in societies by introducing different practical aspects of life in different technological terms. This subject of corporate social responsibility is a matter of fact that its sustainability functions may challenge the people to come up with competitive and helpful solutions so that the outside world of the organizations may have its impact on sociological development, their economic development, their cultural growth and other personal development.

Recommendations

Based on this study it can be said that improving the key strategies to make affective of corporate social responsibility of any organizations is most important thing in any organization than any other prime requirement. Introducing the corporate social responsibility for organizations in terms of their needs, in terms of their problems and also in terms of what should be done and what not which will make huge success and growth to the concern organizations and its people and also to the around world.
