1.Tell me about yourself. My name is Muhamad Aizat bin Md Razak. I am 21 years old and from Temerloh, Pahang.

I am second from seven siblings. Graduate from Malaysia Spanish Institute in Degree in Automotive Manufacturing with five years of working experience.

2.How would you describe yourself? An adventure person, a hardworking worker with talents to learn and master new knowledge quickly. Competent at completing tasks individually and in a team. Capable of handling stress and individuals with various needs, and flexible at adapting to new and different working environment. A planner who plans carefully prior to completing tasks and is very particular with time management.

3.What are your strengths? Ability to adapt in any working and professional environment, time management skills, energetic, leadership, charismatic, dynamic team player, creative and resourceful, able to work independently and in teams, responsible, cooperative and creative individual, willingness to learn new experience, able to work under minimal supervision and high motivation and self discipline.

4.Are you married? Single? Do you have a partner? I am still single and not married yet. I do not have any partner yet.

5.What do you do in your free time? During free time, I like to online and chatting with my friends around the world. I also joint some military and automotive forums online. By doing this I can get more information and change my opinion with other friends about automotive and military.

6.Why you interested in working for our company? I choose this company to work for because the position I applied particularly interests me because it would enable me to make full use of my administrative, organizational skills and my technical skills. Also I would be able to impart my skills and to gain additional knowledge for professional growth in your company. Beside that, your company offer higher salary than others.

7.What type of position do you think you are suited for? I think the best position for me is Quality Control Inspector. As we know, your company is a big player in automotive field in the world and for sure quality is your first priority to look for. And with all my experience before, I will make sure this company get the best from me.

8.How would you describe the position we have to offer? For me, in a big ,well known company like this, quality is the most important aspect to look for. And to get the best quality product, we need Quality Control Inspector to check and make sure only the best product can pass to the market. If there is no quality on that product I am very sure none of the customer will buy that product for the second time. For me, quality control inspector is important same as an engineer in a company.

9.What would be your strategy to develop the position? The best strategy I will use is to make sure the operator can make sure that they only produce the best quality product themself. I also will teach them the important of quality product, how to get it and maintain it. The main key to get quality product is by themself, the operator that produce product and not others.

10.What have you got to offer us? My five years experience as Chief of Quality Inspector at Gemilang Coachwork Sdn Bhd ,Johor Bahru.

11.Why do you want to change job? The main reason I want to change job because I want to get more experience by joining international company like this. My previous company just produce buses for domestic market only. Beside that, I want to use all my potential that I have to make sure, I doing the best for company to get only quality products pass the main gate.

12.What did your job involve? Before this my job also involve in Quality Control. So I think it is very big advantages your company will get if you hire me because of all my experience that I have.

13.What salary would you expect from this position? It all depend on your company, but for me that have more than five years working experiences and with my Degree , I hope it will above MYR 2500.00.

14.Have you received any offer of job? Yes. Last week i received a phone call from Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd, Japan to fill position as Production Planner at their HQ at Japan. But I reject that offer after think about if for week. I think it is more important for me to improve automotive field in Malaysia first before receive such that offer.

15.Have you had any failure? For work , yes. In 1998 during economy crisis ,my previous company bankrupt .Many worker left the company, I and several worker refuse. At one time, only 10 workers left in the office. We stay and fight to make sure the company live and at the end we success.

16.What sort of obstacle have you come across? As we all know, most of the worker do not like people that work in Quality Control department because our work is to check and reject all product that did not pass the quality needed before sent it to customer. During working at previous company ,my car had been scratch several time by the worker that did not satisfied with me because I have reject their work. But I can adapt with that situasion.

17.If you had to recruit colleagues, what qualities would you look for? For me, to recruit colleagues the quality I look is creative and resourceful, able to work independently and in teams, responsible, cooperative and creative individual, willingness to learn new experience, able to work under minimal supervision and high motivation and self discipline.

18.Did you have to travel abroad in your last job? No. As I mention before, my previous company is only produce product for local market. But, I always sent to represent my company in talk, job fair, and business fair because of my oral communication skills.

19.Which do you prefer : to work alone or in a team? I prefer to work in a team. Because in a team work are more easier, fast and efficient.

20.Do you know how to manage a team? Yes. From school I had been trained to be a leader. I am Commander of Civil Defence Cadet during school. I also Exco in Student Representative Council of MFI. And at my previous company I work as Chief of Quality Control Department.
