BEFORE ENTERING THE CONTEST. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND INTEL ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU ARE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST. Consumers who have bought an Intel 3rd Generation CoreTM Processor will receive a gift worth USD$20 for Core i7 purchase, i5 for USD$15 and i3 for USD$10. All recording, transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or other expenses that are incurred to participate in this Promotion and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the respective receiver. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Intel and not to Facebook. The Promotion Period shall be from 28 September 2012 through 4 November 2012. All entries received outside the Promotion Period will be disqualified. By entering the Promotion and entering the information/contact details required, you agree that Intel may use the information/contact details that you provide for purposes of administering the Promotion and to contact the gift receiver. Mechanics 1. Participants may participate in the campaign through Intels Facebook pages for Australia, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Vietnam. 2. Participants must click the post on Facebook which shows why you need to customize your PC find the participating ITPs in country along with the gift they can receive with the purchase of Intel 3 rd Generation Core Processor. 3. Claiming a gift: The gift will be send to the shipping address provided by the purchasers. Entry forms: Intel is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion-related materials or for registrations, entry forms or submissions that are incomplete, lost or misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including electronic, computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; including inability to access any website associated with the Promotion. Proof of online submission shall not constitute proof of receipt by Intel. If any information provided on an entry form is found to be misleading or inaccurate, that entry shall be deemed invalid. Goods as gift: Where the gift under the Promotions are items/goods, these shall be subject to availability and may not be substituted for cash. Intel reserves the right to vary or offer an alternative prize of equivalent monetary value, without giving any reason or prior notice. Representations and warranties relating to your Entry: You represent and warrant to Intel that (i) you are the sole and exclusive owner of your entry, or you have all right and authority to grant the rights in your entry to Intel, its affiliates and/or its agents and contractors Promotional activities: You agree to have your name and photo used for Promotion purposes at Intels sole discretion. No correspondence will be entertained. Privacy. The information submitted by you during the registration process or otherwise when participating in the

Except as provided elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions, the participants Personal Information will only be used by Intel in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations and Intels privacy policy referred to below, for the purposes of administering your participation in the Promotion. All personal information collected and used will be retained until 31 December 2012 and then permanently deleted. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Internet is done at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from such download. Intel does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use, validity, accuracy, or reliability of, or the results of the use of, or otherwise in respect of the materials on the Contest site or any sites linked to the Promotion site. Intels IP rights not affected Nothing in the Promotion shall affect any intellectual property rights of Intel in any product or service which may be the subject matter of the Promotion. No license is granted under this Promotion to any person under any of Intels intellectual property rights, either expressly, by implication, inducement, estoppels or otherwise. Any such license shall always be express and in writing. No cheating tolerated You acknowledge and agree that no form of cheating will be tolerated. If you are found cheating, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Intel, you will immediately be disqualified from the Promotion. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, using multiple identification numbers, tampering with, hacking of the Promotion site (if any), participating in the Promotion without meeting the eligibility requirements, using any automated software or device to gain an advantage during the Promotion, use of the Promotion beyond the defined rules of the promotion, attempting to disable or overwhelm any of Intel's websites or the Promotion site (if any), attempting to disrupt any portion of the Promotion, including but not limited to, allowing somebody else to use your Personal Information, or tampering with the entry process. Intel may modify these Terms and Conditions and/or withdraw or terminate the Promotion at any time without giving any reason or prior notice. In such event, Intel shall have no liability to any party. Laws The Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is subject to all applicable laws. No third party rights A person who is not a party to this agreement shall not have any rights to enforce any of its terms. For the purposes of this paragraph, person shall mean a human being or a corporate entity (whether or not having a separate legal personality), as the case may be.
