2. Product Description
Davco Grout Floor n Wall Joint Filler when mix with Davco Grout Admix Plus RL 1000 improves the performance of grouts. Ideal for use with quarry tile, stone, homogenous tile, ceramic tile, marble / granite available in a full range of colours.

3. Installation Preparation
Before starting to grout remove debris in grout joints and lightly sponge the ceramic tile, stone surface to remove dust and dirt. Do not leave water standing in o o o o joints. Substrate temperature must be between 60 F (16 C) and 90 F (32 C).

Mixing
Add grout powder to proper amount of Davco Grout Admix Plus RL 1000 (no water added). Mix by hand or with a slow speed drill mixer (500 rpm) to a uniform, stiff consistency. NOTE: i) Certain types of stone will trap pigment during grouting. Prior to grouting, do a test area to verify cleanability of tile. Sealer of grout release may be required. ii) Davco Grout Admix Plus RL 1000 can be replace by gauge water

Mixing Proportion
Fine series (unsanded) Davco Grout Admix Plus RL 1000 Davcogrout F&W Grout : 1 litre : 3kg

Application
Wipe tile surface with damp sponge. Spread with firm sharp rubber float. Work the grout paste into the joints until completely filled. Pack joint full. Make sure certain joint is filled and grout is not just sitting on top. (i.e. bridging the joint ).

Primary Cleaning
Remove excess grout from the face of the stone, ceramic tile with the edge of the grout float. Hold the float at a 90 angle and pull it at 45o angle diagonally across the joints and tile to avoid pulling out the material.

Secondary Cleaning
Remove remaining grout with damp sponge (not wet) or damp towel. Work diagonally to the joints. Allow to dry. When the grout joints are firm, polish tile surface with a coarse nylon pad or coarse cloth and minimal water. Difficult to remove grout can be cleaned with Davco Tile Cleaner.
