All sandwiches are accompanied by either breadfruit chips, house cut french fries or house salad with a side of house coleslaw. OUR MENU
is Continental Caribbean - an evolving patchwork of our favourite dishes and traditional recipes from around the world inspired by the flavours of Barbados. Local produce and ingredients are used in new and unexpected ways or recombined to create something new yet familiar. We pride ourselves on using organic and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, supporting local farmers and fishermen, and using vegetables and herbs grown in our own and nearby gardens.
Prices are quoted in Barbados Dollars and include 17.5% VAT Sales Tax. 10% service charge is automatically added to each bill, with tipping at your discretion.
