sometime cann't get signal from RCU(remote control unit) when insert smart card, the box still show "bad card" It shows "upgrade software" sometimes when playing program. there are some problems when long time work

Solution
There is the mark in the E2PROM expressing whether box has already stored channels,so when E2PROM is broken, this problem will show on. Change good E2PROM. one reason is that the mark in the E2PROM expressing whether it can get signal and channel borken. Change good E2PROM. Other is that there are some disconnection on the Demodulator or CPU. Repair welding Demodulator and CPU by the tools again. There are some disconnection on the Demodualtor or CPU. Repair welding Demodulator and CPU by the tools again. Maybe the U25, UW4, UW5 or Tuner is broken, after check it through testing the voltage. Which one is broken, change it. the signal is unstable. May be Flash, SDRAM or CPU are broken or disconnection. Firstly repair welding them, and check if it works. Secondly change Flash(green stand for 1C version, blue stand for 1E version) or SDRAM one by one, and then check. There are some disconnection on the CPU, repair welding CPU. the software in the Flash is broken, and there is a mark in the E2PROM expressing whether the box need to upgrade by OTA, so change Flash and E2PROM.

Upgrade the newest and formal software version by USB After long work, the temperature is high inside the box, disconnection on some IC-chip happen. Repair welding or change it. Check if the fuse(F1), TNR1, diode(D1,D2,D3,D4) are ok, and change them Check if the IC1 voltage is normal, if IC1 is ok, and then change R5, ZD1 and D6. Firstly change IC3. if it still doesn't work, change IC2.
