ELECTRICAL &INSTRUMENTATION COMMISSIONING TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for performance and directing the electrical precom/commissioning works and

d system procedures. Assist the completion and Integration Team in preparation of commissioning plan various activities during the development and execution of project. Directing the performance and supervise the functional testing and precommissioning activities of the project E & I system. Supervise and witness the subcontractor and vendor scope of works. Performed testing and powering-up of 11KV Switchgears, MCC Switchboards, transformers, UPS and Battery Charger. continuity and megger test, loop checking, simulation of instrument, gas detectors, control valves, shut-off valves, and electronic transmitter. Carry out all Electrical Commissioning works in all electrical equipments such as MV/LV Switchgear, Esessential generator,Gas turbine,Fire water system,heat tracing ,UPS System , Battery Bank and Battery Charger, Lighting System and Small Power Distribution Boards. Pre-commissioning of Instruments like pressure, level, temperature, flow transmitters and sensors. Pre-commissioning of control valves like Shunt down valve, PCV, Temperature control valve, safety valves and different types of analyzer. Loop test between the DCS to field instruments and line up. Conduct pre-commissioning works of electrical and instruments sub-systems such as Emergency and Process Shut down systems, PCS and ICSS Equipment, UPS, Inverters and Batteries, MCC Switchgears and others. Conducting the inspection with clients and ensure the job qualities according with industrial standards (NEC, DNV and IEC). Provide technical support to do the Hi Pot test, insulation resistance test and ductor test for bus bars, High voltage cables, HV/LV Motors, HV/LV transformers and small power equipments.

 Confirm all corresponding indications in PCS of all Electrical Process Control Ensure strict implementation of Permit to Work (PTW) system on the work site Carry out modification needed in the field of Electrical system Assist in testing of Public Address (PA/GA) system Assist to Switchgear and Instrumentation vendors in wiring modifications of control circuits for HighVoltage 11KV / 3.3KV, Low Voltage 440V switchboards including function test. Carry out DC pressure test in each HV and LV vacuum circuit breakers, voltage transformers, and busbars using Hi-pot tester. Carry out ductor test on each VCB, VT, and busbars using MOM 600A Programma Microohmeter.
