Frenchay is a large and busy hospital and several thousand cars enter the site each day. Car parking is at a premium and demand for parking frequently exceeds capacity at peak visiting times. If you are travelling to the Hospital by car you are advised to allow an extra 20 minutes time for parking prior to your appointment. Public transport offers a good alternative for many journeys.

Buses serving Frenchay: First : 4, 18, 318, 319, 327, 329 Severnside Transport : 200 and 312 (the 200 comes through the site)
Car Parking
All car parking at the Hospital is managed by APCOA Ltd. For information or assistance please telephone 0117 340 3051. All visitor parking is Pay & Display. Charges apply 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Tariffs are clearly displayed in all public car parks and can be obtained by calling the APCOA office. Remember to bring sufficient change to pay for your parking. For long term parking at a reduced rate contact the APCOA office for more information. Disabled drivers, displaying a blue badge, park free of charge and disabled parking spaces are provided in most public car parks. If there are no available disabled spaces you may park in any space within a public car park free of charge provided that you display your blue badge. The map overleaf highlights public parking areas. Please ensure that you do not park in staff car parks as only permit holders may park in these areas. Terms and Conditions of parking. From the M4, exit at junction 19 and take the M32 towards Bristol. Frenchay Hospital is situated just off the M32 Motorway. Leave the M32 at junction 1 (signposted Kingswood and Downend) and at the roundabout off the slip road turn left, following signs to Frenchay Hospital (B4058) and Kingswood. At the first set of traffic lights take the right filter lane. Proceed along Frenchay Park Road. The main entrance to the hospital is half a mile along this road on the left hand side.

www.betterbybike.info/cycle-maps Cycle racks, at Frenchay Hospital, are available at various locations including by hospital South entrance, by Redwood Restaurant, by hospital entrance B, Administration and Finance, Physiotherapy, Anaesthetics, opposite Cleft Unit and opposite Macmillan Centre.
