Consistent with the Order Authorizing the Retention and Employment ofGowling Lafleur Henderson LLP
as Canadian Counsel to Debtors Nunc Pro Tunc to June 10, 2012 [Docket No. 332], Gowlings has applied
$88,822.35 as credit for services rendered during the period covered by the Applicant's first monthly fee application
(the "First Monthly Fee Application"). Accordingly, the total amount of fees owing pursuant to the First Monthly
Fee Appl ication is $243,991.86 less the $88,822.35 for a total of$155,169.51.
