Slider Conveyor Frame 1O-inch-deep formed conveyor frame with cross members every 2 feet to ensure rigid construction. Open bottom eliminates build-up of materials and increases belt life. 45-degree formed conveyor trough provides natural cupping of conveyor belt to minimize spillage.

Large Dump Hopper Lowprofile standard design allows for truck dump trailer unloading. Hopper also will accept a wide range of flatincline and flat conveyors. Hopper is standard with double sealer belts to minimize leakage and spillage of products. Gooseneck hitch allows for low profile.

Receiving End Easy access to self-cleaning tail roller for maintenance and ease of adjustment, 10" deep conveyor side provides durability and strength.

Enclosed Ben Retum Optional removable return pans from discharge to receiving hopper to minimize spillage. Totallyenclosed drive also is available. Access doors in return pans and wrap driveare standard.

9O-Degree Axle Heavy-duty design allows axle to be swiveled from transport to 90 degrees and back to safe transport position. Also standard design will spread the axle to 10'6" for safe working height. Also available in fixed 90 degree. Note: All optional features.

Wrap Drive Simple design with (1) vulcanized crowned drive roller and crowned, self-cleaning take-up roller to ensure positive grip and easy belt alignment. All bearings on the conveyor are 2-bolt pillow block with stainless steel grease-packed take-up tubes.

Flat-Incline Conveyor The Flat-InclineConveyor is designed to unload rail cars, hopper bottom trucks and dump trucks to load directly into portable conveyors, stationary conveyors and bucket elevator legs. The conveyors are designed to be moved easily with adjustable axles. A wide range of optional hoppers are available to accommodate different requirements.
