GLOBAL NOTES TO DEBTOR'S AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULES OF ASSETS AND
LIABILITIES
Cordillera Golf Club, LLC dba The Club at Cordillera (the "Debtor") hereby
amends the Debtor's Schedules of Assets and Liabilities ("Schedules") filed on July 12, 2012, as
supplemented on July 13, 2012, and as amended on August 14, 2012. Unless expressly set forth
herein, no other information set forth on the Schedules, as amended, including the Global Notes
to Debtor's Schedules and Statements of Financial Affairs ("Global Notes") included therein, and
as amended, is amended or modified by the Amended Schedules herein. The Global Notes, as
applicable, apply to the Debtor's Amended Schedules attached hereto.
Amended Schedules of Assets and Liabilities
Given the length of the Schedules submitted on July 12, 2012, as supplemented
by July 13, 2012, and as amended on August 14, 2012, and for the ease and convenience of the
Court and all parties in interest, the Debtor has only included herein entries from the Schedules
that are hereby added and/or corrected and/or otherwise changed. All such additions, corrections
and/or other changes made to the Schedules are set forth on the Amended Schedules.
Amended Schedule B Notes:
Cash surrender value of each policy is zero. Effective as of August 26, 2012, the
insurance policies provided to the Debtor by Philadelphia Indemnity were
replaced with new policies provided by Zurich/St. Paul, which premiums are paid
in full through August 26, 2013 pursuant to that certain insurance premium
financing approved by this Court on September 14, 2012 at Docket Entry No.
448].

The Debtor reserves all rights regarding the true characterization of the leases set
forth on Schedule F and does not concede that such creditors have a secured,

unsecured or other interest. The Debtor does not waive any remedies or rights
related to the same.
Amended Schedule G Notes:
The Debtor is informed that the rights of certain non-Debtor lessors and lessees,
as applicable, to certain leases added to Schedule G may have been assigned
and/or otherwise transferred to other parties since the initial execution of such
lease. Out of an abundance of caution, the Debtor has included the multiple
parties set forth herein as possible current and/or prior lessors and lessees, as
applicable.
The Debtor reserves all rights regarding the true characterization of the leases set
forth on Schedule G and does not concede that such creditors have a secured,
unsecured or other interest. The Debtor does not waive any remedies or rights
