Movant represents Divine Ripe, LLC a PACA Claimant in the above referenced bankruptcy case. 2. On or about January 19, 2012 Movants Order Granting him admission pro hac vice was granted. 3. Movant is in McAllen, Texas and would request permission to appear continuously via telephone appearances in the above referenced case as it would be more cost efficient. Wherefore, Movant prays that this Court enter an order permitting Kurt Stephen to continuously appear telephonically on all matters in this case.
