ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Debtor is hereby granted authority to sell
the personal property described on the attached Exhibit "A" hereto for the minimum cash sales prices
set forth in Exhibit "A"; it is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the sale of the personal property for the cash
sales prices set forth on Exhibit "A" is free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances pursuant
to 363 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code; it is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the sales proceeds, less the payment of the
2011 personal property taxes owed to Bexar County, are to be placed in a DIP account to be
established at Texas Capital Bank, with Scott W. Jensen (Debtor) and a representative of Langley
& Banack as joint signatories, with the balance of the account not to exceed the amount of$250,000

at any time; it is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the secured claim of ALLY on a 2010
Chevrolet Silverado (Vin # .... 6216), with an outstanding balance in the approximate amount of
$17,000, is to be paid in full from the sale of that vehicle, it is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that International Bank of Commerce is entitled

to a claim of reimbursement against the net sales proceeds for the use by the Debtor of the cash
collateral oflnternational Bank of Commerce to pay insurance premiums for the benefit ofthe Debtor
on personal property which the Bank does not have a lien upon, it is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Debtor agrees to file periodic reports thirty
(30) and sixty (60) days from the entry of this Order detailing the sales of the property set forth on
Exhibit "A", detailing the item sold, date sold, sales price and purchaser, and it is further

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that any sale of any item scheduled on Exhibit "A"
to an insider as defined by the Bankruptcy Code is subject to full disclosure, and further Order from
this Court pursuant to a Motion filed requesting approval of the sale to an insider. . (No approval
of a sale to an insider will be approved on a nunc pro tunc basis - the approval of any sale to any
insider must be obtained after notice and an opportunity for hearing, prior to such sale being
consummated.)
