Re: D.I. 597 NOTICE OF ENTRY OF CONFIRMATION ORDER AND DEADLINE FOR FILING ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIMS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on May 26, 2010, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the Bankruptcy Court), entered the Findings Of Fact, Conclusions Of Law And Order Confirming Debtors Plan Of Liquidation Under Chapter 11 Of The Bankruptcy Code (the Plan) (D.I. 597) (the Confirmation Order) in the Chapter 11 Cases of the above-captioned, post-confirmation debtors (the Debtors). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that among other things, the Confirmation Order establishes June 30, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. (ET) (the Administrative Expense Claims Deadline) as the deadline for filing requests for allowance of administrative expense claims (Administrative Expense Claims), other than: (i) claims for compensation and expense reimbursement of professionals that have been retained in the Debtors Chapter 11 Cases, the deadline for which will not occur until after the Effective Date under the Plan; and (ii) administrative claims under section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code, the deadline for which

was established by previous Order of the Bankruptcy Court and which deadline has already passed. ALL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIMS, IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED, MUST BE FILED WITH THE CLERK OF THE BANKRUPTCY COURT, 824 MARKET STREET, 3RD FLOOR, WILMINGTON, DELAWARE 19801 AND SERVED UPON THE UNDERSIGNED COUNSEL TO THE DEBTORS, NO LATER THAN THE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIMS DEADLINE SET FORTH ABOVE. PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 16 OF THE CONFIRMATION ORDER, ANY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM THAT IS NOT TIMELY FILED ON OR BEFORE THE ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIMS DEADLINE SHALL BE DISALLOWED IN ITS ENTIRETY, AND SUCH CLAIMANT SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED, ESTOPPED, AND PERMANENTLY ENJOINED FROM ASSERTING ANY ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM AGAINST THE DEBTORS AND/OR ANY OF THEIR ASSETS OR PROPERTIES, AND SUCH CLAIMANT SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ANY DISTRIBUTION IN THE CHAPTER 11 CASES ON ACCOUNT THEREOF.
