Upon consideration of the Applications for Allowance of Final Compensation and
Reimbursement of Expenses (the "Applications") for professional services rendered and
expenses incurred during the period between August I, 2011 through and including October 27,
2011 (the "Fourth Interim Fee Period") and the period between July 19, 2010 through and
including October 27, 2011 (the "Final Fee Period"); and a hearing having been held before this
Court to consider the Applications on December 13, 2011; and notice having been given
pursuant to Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 2002(a)(7) and (c)(2); and due consideration
having been given to the limited objection of Five Mile Capital Real Estate Advisors LLC to the
Application of Moelis & Company LLC [Docket No. 2241] (the "Limited Objection"); it is
hereby
ORDERED that the Limited Objection is overruled, and it is further
