ORDER GRANTING DEBTORS' TWENTY-SIXTH OMNIBUS OBJECTION (NONSUBSTANTIVE) TO CERTAIN (A) NO SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION (B) DUPLICATE AND (C) LATE FILED CLAIMS

This matter having come before the Court on Debtors' Twenty-Sixth Omnibus
Objection (Non-Substantive) to Certain (A) No Supporting Documentation (B) Duplicate and (C)
Late Filed Cloims (the "Debtors' Twenty Sixth Omnibus Objection"); the Court having reviewed the Debtors' Twenty-Sixth Omnibus Objection and any objections thereto; and the Court having

considered the Declaration of David Robson in Support of Debtors' Twenty-Sixth Omnibus Objection (Non-Substantive) to Certain (A) No Supporting Documentation (B) Duplicate and (C)

Late Filed Claims; and the Court finding that (a) the Court has jurisdiction over this matter
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. $$ 157 and 1334, and (b) notice of the Debtors' Twenty-Sixth Omnibus

Objection was sufficient under the circumstances; and the Court having determined that the legal
and factual bases set forth in the Debtors' Twenty-Sixth Omnibus Objection establish just cause

for the relief granted herein;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

GRANTED.

The relief requested in the Debtors' Twenty-Sixth Omnibus Objection is

' The Debtors in these cases, along with the last four digits of their federal tax identification numbers, are Mervyn's Holdings, LLC (3405), Mervyn's LLC (4456) and Mervyn's Brands, LLC (8850).

The Claims2 listed on Exhibits 1,2, and 3 attached hereto are disallowed

and expunged as specified thereon.

This Order is without prejudice to the right of the Debtors or any other

party in interest to object to any of the Claims affected hereby, or any other Claim, on any basis
whatsoever.

4.

The Debtors, the Debtors' claims agent, Kurtzman Carson Consultants

LLC, and the Clerk of this Court are authorized to take all actions necessary or appropriate to
give effect to this Order.

5.

This Court shall retain jurisdiction over any and all matters arising from

the interpretation or implementation of this Order.
