ORDER GRANTING FIRST AND FINAL APPLICATION OF CRG PARTNERS GROUP, LLC, FINANCIAL ADVISORS TO THE DEBTOR, FOR COMPENSATION AND REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES FOR THE PERIOD FROM MAY 2, 2011 THROUGH OCTOBER 31, 2011 Upon the Application (the Application) of CRG Partners Group, LLC (CRG), financial advisors to the above debtor and debtor in possession (the Debtor), for final allowance of compensation and reimbursement of expenses for thepPeriod from May 2, 2011 through October 31, 2011; and the Court having jurisdiction to consider the Application and the relief requested therein pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157 and 1334; and consideration of the Application and the relief requested therein being a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 157(b)(2); and venue being proper pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1408 and 1409; and there being due and sufficient notice of the Application; and there being no opposition to the relief granted herein; and upon the record of the hearing held by the Court on January 5, 2012; and, after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefor, it is hereby ORDERED THAT: 1. 2. The Application is granted on a final basis to the extent provided herein. Compensation to CRG for professional services rendered is allowed on a final

basis in the amount of $366,504.75 pursuant to section 330 of the Bankruptcy Code.

The Debtors tax identification number is 81-0636659.

Reimbursement to CRG for expenses incurred is allowed on a final basis in the

amount of $29,576.46. 4. The Debtor is authorized and directed to make payment to CRG in satisfaction of

all such allowed fees and expenses that have not previously been paid, subject to any cash collateral order or agreement in effect. 5. The Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to

the implementation of this Order.
