The purpose of this assignment is to: Enable you to appreciate waves and their properties and demonstrate your knowledge of communication using wires and wirelessly.

Scenario: You are a scientist who works for EDF energy, you have been asked to produce a leaflet for distribution to the general public which looks at communication (wired and wireless) and its pros and cons. Task 1 Produce a leaflet on how waves are used for communication, this needs to be aimed at the everyday consumer, it needs to be informative and easy to understand. In your leaflet you need to clearly explain the advantages of wireless communication and how it works Include a comparison of the good points and bad points of wired and wireless communication comparing one to the other.
