The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no

answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Revised Monthly Interim Application of
Schully, Roberts, Slattery & Marino PLC ("Schully") as Special Oil and Gas and Transactional
Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for Compensation for Services Rendered and
Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period March 9, 2009 through March 31, 2009

(Docket No. 554) (the "Application") fied on July 3, 2009. The undersigned further certifies
that he has reviewed the Court's docket in this case and no answer, objection or other responsive

pleading to the Application appears thereon. Pursuant to the Notice of Application, objections to

the Application were to be fied and served no later than July 13,2009.
Pursuant to the Order Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of

the Bankptcy

Code Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Professionals,

dated April 8, 2009 (the "Order") (Docket No. 147), the Debtors are authorized to pay Schully

approving the Application.
