("Debtors"), hereby certifies that:

1. On February 22,2010, the Debtors fied the Third Omnibus Objection

(Substantive) To Certain Claims (A) For Which the Debtors Have No Liability; and (B) Which

are Overstated and should be Reduced (Docket No. 1351) (the "Claims Objection").
2. On March 24,2010, the Court entered an Order with respect to the Claims

Objection (Docket No. 1436) (the "Order").

3. The Debtors inadvertently included claim number 15 filed by Long Beach Hose &

Coupling Co., Inc. (the "LBHC Claim") on Exhibit C to the Order. The LBHC claim was
addressed by a previous order and should be removed from the Order.

4. A Revised form of order which excludes the LBHC Claim is attached hereto (the

"Revised Order"). No other changes were made to the Order as entered.

WHEREFORE, the Debtors request that the Court enter the Revised Order at its
convenience.
