CERTIFICATION OF NO OBJECTION (NO ORDER REQUIRED) REGARDING MONTHLY FEE APPLICATION OF RUTAN & TUCKER, LLP FOR THE PERIOD SEPTEMBER 1, 2010 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2010 The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Rutan & Tucker, LLP ("Rutan") as Special Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period September 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010 (Docket No. 195 5) (the "Application") filed on October 14, 2010. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Courts docket in this case and no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon. Pursuant to the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be filed and served no later than October 28, 2010.
