The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Schully, Roberts, Slattery & Marino PLC ("Schully") as Special Oil and Gas and Transactional Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period October 1, 2010 through October 31, 2010 (Docket No. 2078) (the "Application") filed on December 13, 2010.
