AMENDED NOTICE OF FILING OF FEE APPLICATION TO: (i) the Debtors; (ii) counsel to the Debtors; (iii) the United States Trustee, and (iv) counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors (the "Notice Parties") Pachuiski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP ("PSZJ"), counsel to the debtors and debtors in possession in the above-captioned case (the "Debtors"), has filed its Monthly Application for Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses of Pachuiski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP as Counsel to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession, for the Period from December 1, 2010 through December 23, 2010, seeking compensation for services in the amount of $46,556.50 and reimbursement of costs incurred in the amount of $13,650.05 (the "Application").
