approve the filing of Forex/Metals Claimants Memorandum In Support of Its Amended Motion for Surrender of Non-Estate Properties Or Reclassification Of Forex And Metals Customer Claims ("Memorandum") in excess of 15 pages, and in support thereof state as follows: 1. On October 6, 2012, Forex/Metals Claimants filed their Amended Motion for
