El ciclo PDCA (Rueda de Deming)

3. RESUMEN:
Definir el proceso de gestin del mantenimiento, implica dos conocimientos para su comprensin; por un lado entender que es un proceso, y por el otro entender que es el ciclo de vida de la calidad (PDCA). Es proceso de gestin del mantenimiento no es un proceso sino un macro proceso (es decir un proceso de orden superior en el que se incluyen los procesos que configuran el ciclo de vida del proceso), es por ello, que antes de iniciar la explicacin del proceso de gestin del mantenimiento, recordar que es un proceso, o como se configura el ciclo de la calidad (definido como ciclo de Deming o ciclo PDCA). Un proceso es el conjunto de actividades y recursos mutuamente relacionados o que interactan, que transforman elementos de entrada en elementos de salida, con un valor agregado para el cliente. El ciclo PDCA se cre para corregir errores en los procesos y sus siglas (p plannig: planificar, d do: hacer, c check: comprobar, a act: actuar) definen las acciones necesarias para resolver los problemas detectados en el proceso, as como para implantar la solucin y mejorar el mismo. Define the process of management and maintenance involves two knowledge for their understanding; on the one hand understand that it is a process, and on the other hand understand that it is the life of the quality (PDCA) cycle. It is process of management and maintenance is not a process but a macro process (i.e. a process of higher order which includes the processes that shape the life cycle of the process), is why, before initiating the explanation of the process of maintenance management, remember that it is a process, or as it is configured the quality cycle (defined as Deming cycle or cycle PDCA). A process is a set of mutually related resources and activities or interacting, that transform elements of entry into output elements, with an added value for the customer. The PDCA cycle was created to correct errors in the processes and their acronyms (p planning: plan, (d) do: do, c check: check, to act: Act) defines the actions necessary to resolve the problems detected in the process, as well as to implement the solution and improve it.
