Valiant Tool and Mold has an ongoing business relationship with Debtors and is a pre-petition secured creditor. Valiant Tool and Mold, Inc. is also a defendant in connection with two adversary proceedings pending in the Debtors bankruptcy proceedings. Harita Infoserve, Ltd., No. 10 3rd Main Ashwiri, Layout Koramangala, Ejipura Bangalore India 560047. Harita Infoserve, Ltd. has a pre-petition unsecured claim against C&A.

Dove Street Industrial, LLC is a landlord of Debtors in connection with property located in Port Huron, Michigan and holds administrative and unsecured claims against Debtors. e. Textron, Inc., 40 Westminster Street, Providence, RI 02903. Textron, Inc. is an equipment lessor to C&A with respect to specified equipment. Textron, Inc. also had an equity interest in C&A.
