The population size is increasing trend. The government and private sector banks are providing housing loan. They have a tight competition. Financial companies are also providing financial facilities for the purchase and construction of home. Thus the researcher has made an attempt to study the analysis of home loans LIC Housing Finance Ltd Company is a leading Government company which has so many businesses and LIC Housing Finance Ltd Company having more customers. Their target is to expand the customers circle and to sell their different schemes, which offers the customers to get better benefits. But still, there is a question whether the consumers are satisfied or not. The consumers have different attitude towards LIC Housing Finance Ltd Company. The financial advisors need the opinion of the policyholders and their attitude, which helps them to approach the policyholders easily. The main aim of this study is to understand the role of Home loan consumers in
Coimbatore and to acquire knowledge about the various financial institutions extending home loan.The researcher had done descriptive research for studying the attitude of the customers. A simple descriptive research design is used when data are collected to describe persons, organizations, settings, or phenomena. Probabilistic sampling design has been used to conduct the research. Sampling unit is the basic unit containing the elements of a target population. The sampling unit of the study is loan borrowers of LIC-HFL. The study contains a sample size of 100 loan borrowers. Random sampling is adopted as sampling technique. It is also known as probability sampling where each and every item in the population has an equal chance of inclusion in the sample and each one of possible samples in case finite universes, has the same probability of being selected.
